Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During peak seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.

We currently ship across India.

For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team before placing an order.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Promotional free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly communicated on our website.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing tracking details.

Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor the status of their shipment.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays or additional courier charges may occur. Everyday Innovations India will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

We appreciate your patience and will assist in tracking delayed shipments whenever possible.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact our support team. We will work with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Order modifications or cancellations may only be requested before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
